Why 3D Avatars?
There are an increasing number of tools that help a user build a personalized avatar. Almost without exception these avatars are for use in some sort of integrated communication tool, like an IM client. GoStation is different. We built a tool that is easy to use, extremely flexible and can export to multiple formats. There are also tools that combine 3D and 2D to provide some of the advantage of a true 100% 3D tool. We decided to create an easy to use, pure 3D tool, which would allow for the most power and flexibility.
